Studio Rules
Last Updated March 2nd, 2026
These rules help us ensure a pleasant, safe and considerate training environment for everyone.
Only attend classes when healthy
Only come to classes when you are feeling well. By staying home when ill, you protect yourself from complications and prevent spreading infections to other students and instructors. Always maintain good hand hygiene.
Leave fragrances at home
Do not wear perfumes or other fragrances on training days. Fragrances cause discomfort and allergic reactions for many students.
Ensure equipment safety
Choose training clothes without metal details and remove all jewellery, watches and similar items before class. If you notice any equipment is damaged, report it to the instructor immediately.
Respect everyone's training time
Arrive on time, but no earlier than 10 minutes before class starts. Keep your phone on silent during classes.
Keep the studio tidy
Leave outdoor shoes on the shoe rack in the entrance and outerwear on the coat hooks. Store water bottles and other belongings on window sills or entrance shelves, as items left on the floor are a tripping hazard. Put rubbish in the bins and return all items to their proper places after use. If any supplies (paper, soap, hand sanitiser, etc.) run out, let the instructor know.
Smoke-free property
The entire property, including outdoor areas, is smoke-free. Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are not permitted anywhere on the premises.
