Sign-up for classes is always binding. By signing up for classes, you accept these terms and conditions and the organization's rules, as well as the storage of your information in the member register. All classes require advance sign-up, including trial classes.
Sign-up for individuals under 18 years old must be done by a legal guardian. Customers are responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of their contact information. The customer accepts the obligation to pay the invoice in full when reserving a student spot. Sign-up is always binding, and participation fees will not be refunded, even if the student does not attend the classes.
For the Team Aerial Unlimited coaching group, the participant must commit to participating in the coaching for the entire year (both the autumn and spring semesters). Those participating in the coaching during the autumn semester are also committed to participating in the spring semester and paying the spring semester participation fee.
The confirmation of seasonal classes will be made one week before the first class of the respective season.
Practical sign-up guidelines can be found here.
Trial Class
At the beginning of the semester, new students can attend a seasonal class for a single session at a one-time fee according to the current pricing. If a group is already full, trial class participants will not be accepted.
After the trial class, the student must separately confirm their spot for the full season and pay the seasonal fee. When claiming a spot for the semester, the fee paid for the trial class will be deducted from the semester fee. We cannot guarantee spots for those attending a trial class, as spots are allocated according to the binding sign-up order.

Class Participation / House Rules
Seasonal classes are held weekly, except for seasonal breaks, which are notified in the class schedule. We reserve the right to make changes. The organization has the right to make reasonable changes to the schedule and instructors.
Students are expected to be committed to classes. Every student commits to following common rules and taking others into account in their actions. We respect others, embrace diversity, and work to prevent bullying and discrimination within the organization. We are friendly and respectful to each other, adhere to common schedules, and ensure that we have the necessary equipment for classes.
Every individual should always ensure their compliance with safety rules and take responsibility for proper and safe use of the premises.
Absences
Compensation for sick leave absences with another class will be arranged when possible. However, please note that if all classes are full, arranging compensation can be challenging. For this, please contact us separately at aerialunlimited.ry@gmail.com.
Absences will not be compensated financially.
Those participating in coaching must inform the teacher of all their absences. We also hope that other students participating in classes will follow this procedure.
In case of a sudden teacher's absence, we always strive to find a substitute to lead the class. In other situations, we aim to find the best solution for all parties to replace the class with another time. We inform you about cancellations separately by email and text messages. Please ensure that your contact information is up to date, and provide multiple guardian/escort contacts for better message reachability.
Communications
The organization communicates about its activities on these websites, Instagram, and by email. Instructors directly inform students via their personal emails, and the organization can occasionally send messages from the general email.
Changed contact information can be reported by email: aerialunlimited.ry@gmail.com
Insurance
Our students are not insured by the association. Please make sure to arrange appropriate insurance in your preferred way. We recommend personal leisure insurance for everyone, which covers the range of activities offered by the association.
Miscellaneous
The minimum number of students for a class is 4 people, in order for the class to be held according to the schedule for the entire season, unless otherwise stated. The Team Aerial Unlimited coaching group has a minimum of 5 people, unlike other groups. We reserve the right to make changes to the minimum number of participants, and in workshops, the minimum number of participants may vary.
If a class does not take place and is canceled by the organizer, the season fee will be refunded if the student does not want to switch to another class. In equipment classes, the equipment may be shared with another student (2 students per equipment).
There is no space available for companions to wait during the classes. There are good outdoor areas near Härkämäki-Mälikkälä fitness track. There is parking space for a few cars in the yard if the companion wants to refresh themselves with a walk in the forest during the classes. The Länsikeskus shopping center is about a 3-minute drive away, and Mylly shopping center can be reached in about 10 minutes by car, if you want to run errands during the classes. Public transportation can be used, for example, to reach the Länsikeskus Lidl bus stop, from where it is about 800m/12min walk to the venue.
Please inform the teacher if there are any health-related issues that the teacher should be aware of. The association reserves the right to make temporary and permanent changes to the teachers during the season. The association reserves the right to shorten the classes by 5 minutes, if necessary, to ensure safe transitions between student groups in the hall.
Before and after the class, students have 10 minutes reserved for transitioning to and from the class.
The association reserves the right to postpone the start or end date of the season or replace in-person teaching with remote teaching (e.g., online classes) in case of exceptional circumstances, a pandemic, a natural disaster, or a similar obstacle.
Cancellations of classes due to the instructor's illness or other reasons dependent on the organizer will always be compensated with a separate class held at a later date, unless the class can be arranged as scheduled with special arrangements.
We reserve the right to all choreographies. Programs or choreographies learned in the association's activities may not be performed publicly or used for competition without the association's explicit permission.
During and outside the season, we may organize separate events unrelated to the regular teaching schedule, where students have the opportunity to perform. We reserve the right to charge an admission fee for these events, including from guardians or other companions.
Photography
The association has the right to use photos taken during classes, performances, or other events. The association may document classes, performances, and other events by taking photos and videos. The photographic material may be used for educational purposes, publications, marketing, and on websites. Please notify us in writing at aerialunlimited.ry@gmail.com before the start of the season if you wish to restrict the use of photographic material featuring yourself or your ward.
Students must obtain permission from the instructor to take photos during classes and to publish photographic material taken during the association's activities. In general, we encourage everyone to capture their progress and share joyful moments with others. However, with these rules, we aim to ensure that material containing other individuals is not published without their consent.
