Our association currently offers teaching and coaching in pole dance, aerial silks and aerial hoop. On this page, you will find descriptions of the various disciplines we teach and the associated class groups.

Pole Dance

Pole dance is a challenging and enjoyable acrobatic hobby that engages and develops the entire body. It enhances the practitioner's strength, flexibility, motor skills, and body control comprehensively. Pole dance is also an excellent form of self-expression and artistic expression. With its versatility, pole dance complements potential training in other sports and activities. It is suitable for enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels.

For pole dance classes, you will need the following equipment:

Please note that clothing or towels should not have metallic details, and for safety reasons, remove rings, bracelets, necklaces, and large earrings before the class.

Aerial Acrobatics

Aerial acrobatics encompasses numerous different sports, usually practiced with equipment suspended from the ceiling. Our association has equipment for aerial hoop, hammock and aerial silks.

Aerial acrobatics effectively challenge the whole body and, when done safely, are sports that develop the body comprehensively. With them, you gain more strength, flexibility, motor skills, and body control. Aerial acrobatics also offer an excellent opportunity for self-expression and artistic expression development. Aerial acrobatics support any other possible sports training with its versatility. Aerial acrobatics are suitable for hobbyists of all ages and levels.

Children and Youth Classes

Aerial acrobatics advanced (Juniors+)

The class is suitable for all young people interested in aerial acrobatics. In the classes, various tricks and techniques are safely practiced on aerial silks, hammock, and aerial hoop. The equipment is changed during the season. The classes introduce the safe practice of the disciplines and teach various movements, tricks, and their combinations.

The classes are for an advanced level, meaning at least the basics of at least one aerial acrobatics apparatus are required. If you are unsure whether you fit this class, feel free to contact us.

In addition to tricks performed in the air, various acrobatic movements on the floor may also be introduced depending on the situation. Supplementary training is also done on wall bars. In the classes, you get to learn new things and create experiences of success and self-overcoming.

Aerial acrobatics Kids&Juniors

This class is suitable for all children and young people interested in aerial acrobatics. In the classes, we safely practice various tricks and basic techniques on aerial silks, hammock and the aerial hoop. The equipment is changed occasionally during the season. In the classes, we get to know the safe practice of both disciplines and learn different movements, tricks and their combinations.

The classes are open-level sessions, meaning they are suitable for both beginners and those who have been practicing aerial acrobatics for a longer time. The students' level is taken into account individually in the content of the classes.

In addition to the tricks done in the air, depending on the situation, you may also get to know different acrobatic movements done on the floor. Auxiliary training is also done on the bars. In the classes, you get to learn new things and create experiences of success and overcoming yourself.

Pole Juniors 1

This class is suitable for all youths who are either beginning their pole journey or have previously practiced pole dancing.

If you enjoy tricks, being upside down, and climbing, we can definitely recommend exploring the sport through guided training. In these classes, you will learn how to practice pole dance safely, and you will be introduced to various spins, climbs, and fundamental movements that form the basis for many combinations.

Pole Juniors 2-3

Juniors 2 level is intended for youths who have previously practiced pole dancing. In this advanced level, you will practice more challenging moves and spins like the butterfly, brass monkey, and back hook safely under the guidance of an instructor. The classes also involve combining familiar moves into longer sequences. You will practice these movements and spins on both static and spinning poles!

If you're unsure whether the advanced level is right for you, discuss it with your instructor.

Pole Juniors 3

The Juniors 3 group is designed for advanced young pole dancers. In these classes, you will practice more challenging classic spins and moves like the phoenix, ayesha, and backflip, as well as more advanced variations of familiar moves. The classes also include refining basic techniques and newer moves that you might have seen on Instagram. Longer movement sequences are also part of the lesson plans. You will practice these moves and spins on both static and spinning poles!

Pole Kids 1-2

This class is aimed at young pole acrobats who already have some background in the hobby as well as to complete newcomers.

There are no separate minimum requirements for participation in the group. The content of the classes is aimed at adapting to the participants' level so that more advanced individuals can be challenged, while those with less experience can also develop at their own pace.

The classes focus on practicing the clean execution of basic-level techniques as well as more advanced techniques.

Additionally, we do various supplementary exercises to support pole dancing, such as acrobatics and guided strength and flexibility training. Supplementary exercises are also done on parallel bars. In the classes, participants will have the opportunity to learn new things and create experiences of success and self-improvement.

This class is designed for young pole acrobats with prior experience in the sport.

Additionally, we will perform various supplementary exercises that support pole dancing, such as acrobatics, guided strength training, and flexibility exercises. Supplementary training also includes exercises on parallel bars. In these classes, you'll have the opportunity to learn new skills and create experiences of achievement and self-improvement.

This class is suitable for all students who are in the beginning their pole journey and those interested in the sport, and have some experience with the pole. If you enjoy acrobatics, being upside down, and climbing, we strongly recommend getting to know the sport through guided training. In these classes, you will learn safe pole practice and master various spins, climbs, and fundamental moves that form the basis for more complex combinations.

In addition to the dance pole, you will also become familiar with different acrobatic floor movements, both individually and in groups. Supplementary exercises are also performed on parallel bars. In these classes, you'll have the opportunity to learn new skills and create experiences of achievement and self-improvement.

Team Aerial Unlimited – training team

Do you dream of competing or training with a purpose? Team Aerial Unlimited offers this opportunity!

Team Aerial Unlimited is designed for dedicated pole dancing enthusiasts, those interested in competing or performing, and athletes preparing for competitions. The team trains for 4 hours a week, with weekly open training sessions available for team members in the association's facilities.

Each season is tailored to best serve the participants, considering their goals, competition schedules, and well-being. Throughout the season, we focus on different aspects of pole dancing, including fundamental moves, endurance, strength, flexibility, and artistic expression. The team's sessions also include practice of competition or performance routines.

People of all ages and skill levels who have mastered the basics of pole dancing and are motivated to excel are welcome to join the team.

Adult Classes (Age 15+)

Bodycare

Strong Body, Strong Mind: This class focuses on taking care of your body and well-being. The purpose of these classes is to make time for yourself in the midst of a busy life while also strengthening your body. During the classes, we perform various strength and mobility exercises to prepare your body for the upcoming week and future workouts.

On a case-by-case basis, individuals under the age of 15 may also join the body care class.

Pole Adults

A basic level pole dancing class designed for adult enthusiasts. The class is well-suited for both beginners and those who have been practicing the sport for a bit longer. The teaching takes into account the individual level of the students.

Pole dance is a great way to release muscle tension after a workweek and strengthen muscles holistically. In the classes, we will explore safe pole dancing techniques and learn various spins, climbs, and basic movements, combining them into sequences both with and without music.

Adult pole dance classes are held as 4-week short courses. The content of the courses varies throughout the season, so you can participate in multiple courses and learn something new each time. The course content takes into account the participants' wishes and skill level.

In the autumn of 2024, the dates for the short courses are:

The price of the first short course is 60€/piece and for the following ones 50€/piece (discount valid throughout the current season and resets when the season changes)

Welcome to a class where you can practice different floor acrobatics movements and handstands! This class provides a variety of exercises that enhance body control, strength, and balance.
