With its versatility, pole dance complements potential training in other sports and activities. It is suitable for enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels.

If you have any questions or concerns about your skill level or transitioning from one age group to another, you can always contact us. We are happy to provide detailed information in response to your inquiries.

Equipment for pole classes

In pole classes, skin contact with the pole is essential for most movements. Therefore, for pole classes you will need:

For safety reasons, you must not wear dangling/large earrings while pole dancing, and jewelry, watches, and clothing with metallic details must be removed for the duration of the class.

Aerial Acrobatics

Aerial acrobatics encompasses numerous different sports, usually practiced with equipment suspended from the ceiling. Our association has equipment for aerial hoop, hammock and aerial silks.

Aerial acrobatics effectively challenge the whole body and, when done safely, are sports that develop the body comprehensively. With them, you gain more strength, flexibility, motor skills, and body control. Aerial acrobatics also offer an excellent opportunity for self-expression and artistic expression development. Aerial acrobatics support any other possible sports training with its versatility. Aerial acrobatics are suitable for hobbyists of all ages and levels.

If you are wondering about your level or moving from one age group to another, you can always contact us here. We are happy to answer further inquiries.

Equipment for aerial acrobatics classes

For aerial acrobatics classes, you will need:

The best clothing for aerial acrobatics consists of long-sleeved shirts and long pants. The clothing should be as skin-tight as possible, and it's recommended to favor cotton-type fabrics over technical fabrics, which can be more slippery against the equipment. Additionally, you may bring a tank top/t-shirt if you get warm easily.
